MUC1在人正常月经周期子宫内膜中的表达

目的:探讨MUC1在人正常月经周期子宫内膜中的表达及其变化规律。方法:采用免疫组织化学法对35例人正常月经周期子宫内膜MUC l蛋白质进行组织学定位和定量测定,逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)方法对此35例人正常月经周期子宫内膜MUC1 mRNA进行半定量分析。结果:MUC1蛋白质主要分布在宫腔上皮(LE)和腺上皮(GE)细胞顶端表面,增生期和分泌期均有表达,其中增生期MUC1仅有弱表达,分泌期表达增强,分泌中期达到高峰(P<0.05),分泌晚期其表达又下降。MUC1 mRNA表达分泌中期强于增生期(P<0.05)。结论:MUC1作为一种粘蛋白分子,在正常人子宫内膜中规律性表达,可能对内膜容受性的建立以及胚胎着床发挥着重要作用。

Expression of MUCI in human normal endometrium during menstrual cycle

Objective:To explore the expression and changes of MUCI in human normal endometrium during menstrual cycle.Methods:Immunohistochemistry and RT-PCR were used to detect the level of MUC1 protein in normal endometrium from 35 women.Results:MUC1 protein mainly expressed on the top surface of endometrial epithelial cells and adenocytes in proliferative phase and secretory phase.The levels of MUCI protein and mRNA in mid secretary phase were higher than those in proliferative phase,early and late secretary phase(P<0.05).Conclusion:MUC1 expresses in human normal endometrium regularly throughout the menstrual cycle as a kind of mucin,which probably plays an important role in the establishment of endometrium receptivity and embryo implantation.
