异位妊娠1372例临床分析

目的:探讨异位妊娠的发病原因和防治措施,以及异位妊娠的诊断和治疗方法。方法:回顾性分析2000~2007年收治的1 372例异位妊娠患者发病的主要原因及防治措施进行分析探讨,对异位妊娠的诊断和治疗进行探索。结果:反复流产、下腹部手术史、慢性盆腔炎等为主要发病原因,彩色B超阴道探头对早期异位妊娠的诊断有很大帮助。结论:积极治疗原发病是降低异位妊娠发病率的关键,彩色B超阴道探头有利于异位妊娠的早期诊断,异位妊娠早期治疗预后好,治疗以手术治疗为首选。

Analysis on 1 732 cases of ectopic pregnancy

Objective:To investigate the incidence causes and prevention measures of ectopic pregnancy,as well as the diagnosis and treatment methods of ectopic pregnancy.Methods:The incidence causes and prevention measures of 1372 cases of ectopic pregnancy from 2000 to 2007 were retrospectively analyzed Results:Recurrent abortion,history of lower abdominal surgery,chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were the main incidence causes.The color B-vaginal probe was very helpful for early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Conclusion:Curing the primary disease is the key for reducing the incidence of ectopic pregnancy,color B-vaginal probe is conducive to the early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy,ectopic pregnancy early treatment prognosis,and treatment of choice for surgical treatment.
