2007年上海市婴儿死亡分析

目的:分析上海市2007年婴儿死亡率(Infantmortality rate,IMR)及死亡特征,为进一步降低上海市婴儿死亡率提供依据。方法:收集2007年上海市户籍人口及流动人口婴儿死亡病例,应用Death Reg2007录入,计算IMR、婴儿死因顺位等指标。结果:2007年上海市IMR达到历史最低水平;全市及户籍人口婴儿的首位死因为先天异常,流动人口婴儿的首位死因为新生儿病。结论:流动人口IMR还有一定下降空间,是进一步降低上海市IMR水平的关键。

Analysis on infant mortality in Shanghai, 2007

Objective:To analyze the infant mortality and the correlating characteristics in Shanghai,provide evidences for decreasing the infant mortality.Methods:Informations of the infant death cases in registered population and floating population in Shanghai were collected.The infant mortality and the proportion of each death cause were calculated.Results:The infant mortality of 2007 was the lowest in Shanghai.The most common death cause was congenital malformations in registered population,but for the floating population,the most common death cause was the disorders of newborn.Conclusion:In order to lower the infant tnortality in Shanghai,more attention should be paid to decreasing infant death cases in floating population.
