| 摘 要： | 目的介绍急性梗阻性脑积水急诊救治方法及临床效果。方法 各种原因引起的急性梗阻性脑积水患者39例,应用YL-1型一次性使用颅内血肿粉碎穿刺针做额角穿刺进行紧急脑室外引流术,统计穿刺成功率,手术前后应用GCS评价昏迷指数变化。结果患者穿刺成功率为100%,脑室外引流术后GCS昏迷指数提高2分。结论应用YL-1型一次性使用颅内血肿粉碎穿刺针做额角穿刺脑室外引流是目前最方便、快捷、有效的方法,为患者进一步诊治赢得宝贵时间,建议推广使用。
