微量元素锌与儿童生长发育关系的研究

目的:探讨锌与儿童生长发育的密切关系。方法:对362例4～6岁学龄前儿童进行血清锌检验,并做身高、体重的测量,将结果进行比较分析。结果:缺锌组生长发育状况明显低于血清锌正常组(P<0.01)。结论:缺锌影响儿童生长发育,由于缺锌引起营养素摄入不足,蛋白质、糖类、脂肪等代谢障碍,体内ATP消耗过多,进一步引起营养不良。因此,在增加营养、纠正偏食、改善饮食结构的同时应进行一定量的药物性锌元素的补充以达到促进生长发育的目的。

Investigation on the relationship between Zinc and growth and development of children

Objective:To explore the relationship between Zinc and growth and development of children.Methods:362 preschool children aged 4～6 years old were detected for serum zinc test, and their height,body weight were measured, the results were compared and analysed.Results:The growth and development of children in low serum zinc group were significantly lower than those in normal serum zinc group.Conclusion:Zinc deficiency affects the growth and development of children,leading to inadequate intake of nutrients, metabolism dysfunction of protein, carbohydrate and fat, ATP consumption in the body too much,thus, further malnutrition occurs. Therefore, an increase in nutrition, correcting a particular kind of food to improve the diet are important,at the same time, a certain amount of the drug-induced Zinc supplement is essential in order to achieve the purpose of promoting the growth and development.
