输卵管妊娠与沙眼衣原体、解脲支原体感染关系的研究

目的:探讨输卵管妊娠与沙眼衣原体(CT)、解脲支原体(UU)感染的关系。方法:采用ELASE方法测定每份血清CT-IgG和UU-IgG;采用PCR试剂盒检测CT-DNA;采用支原体IST试剂盒培养检测UU。结果:输卵管妊娠组血清CT-IgG和UU-IgG单项阳性率分别为36.00%、26.70%,两项阳性率为18.70%,明显高于正常宫内早孕组(阳性率分别为10.00%、10.00%、6.25%),差异有显著性(P<0.05);两组血清CT-IgG和UU-IgG单项或两项阳性率明显高于同组CT-DNA和UU培养单项或两项阳性率,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:输卵管妊娠与CT、UU感染有一定关系,且与CT、UU既往感染关系更大,可作为输卵管妊娠发生的可能性的预测指标。

Investigation on the relationship between tubal pregnancy and chlamydozoa trachomatis and ureaplasma urealyticuminfection

Objective:To explore the relationship between tubal pregnancy and chlamydozoa trachomatis(CT) and ureaplasma urealyticum(UU) infection.Methods:The levels of CT-IgG and UU-IgG in serum were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay;the levels of CT-DNA were detected by polymerase chain reaction kit;UU was cultured and detected by IST kit.Results:In tubal pregnancy group,the single positive rates of CT-IgG and UU-IgG were 36% and 26.7%,while the joint positive rate was 18.7%,which were higher than those in early pregnancy group(10%,10%,6.25%)(P<0.05);the single positive rate and joint positive rate of CT-IgG and UU-IgG were higher than those of CT-DNA and UU(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tubal pregnancy is related to the infection of CT,UU,especially infection history of CT,UU,which maybe used as a predictive marker tubal pregnancy.
