| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨乌鸡白凤丸对受损子宫内膜线粒体功能的调控机制。方法:采用自身对照的设计方法,对20例反复刮宫损伤子宫内膜表现闭经或月经少的患者用乌鸡白凤丸进行治疗,1个疗程前后分别取子宫内膜组织测定SOD和PLA2活性、MDA浓度及Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP酶活性。结果:患者治疗后子宫内膜线粒体膜PLA2活性、MDA浓度较治疗前明显降低,SOD活性、Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP酶活性明显升高。结论:乌鸡白凤丸能治疗受损子宫内膜线粒体膜酶的活性改变,其机理是提高氧自由基清除能力和抑制脂质过氧化反应。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the regulation mechanism of chondriosome's function of damaged endometrium by wujibaifeng pill.Methods:20 cases with amenorrhea or infrequent menstruation were cured by wujibaifeng pill in order to recover their damaged endometrium by self-comparison method.The activity of SOD,PLA2,Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP and the content of MDA in endometrium were detected before and after one course of treatment.Results:The activity of PLA2 and the content of MDA before treatment in chondriosome were significantly lower than those after treatment;the activities of SOD,Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP before treatment in chondriosome were significantly higher than those after treatment.Conclusion:Wujibaifeng pill can change the activities of enzymes in the chondriosome of damaged endometrium by elevating the function of clearing the oxygen-derived free radicals and restraining the peroxidatic reaction of fatty substance. |
