| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨高频乳腺钼靶摄影计算机放射成像技术(CR)的临床应用价值。方法:对400例乳腺片进行技术统计及比较分析,其中屏-片系统乳腺片200例,CR系统乳腺片200例,对两者的图像质量进行评估。结果:CR系统所摄取的乳腺片图像质量明显优于屏-片系统的乳腺片。结论:选用高频乳腺X线钼靶摄影CR成像技术,可显著提高乳腺片的质量,降低X线照射量,从而提高乳腺疾病诊断的准确率。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the clinical application of computer radiograly(CR) technique of high frequency breast radiography with molybdenum target tube.Methods:400 cases of breast radiographic films were compared and analyzed,including 200 cases of screem-film system and 200 cases of CR system,image quality of 400 casess was evaluated.Results:The image quality of CR system was superior to that of screen-film system.Conclusion:CR technique of high frequency breast X-ray molybdenum target tube improves image quality significantly,decreases the quality of X-ray radiation,which increases the diagnostic accuracy of breast diseases. |
