复方丹参注射液湿敷对新生儿静脉滴注甘露醇所致静脉炎的防护作用研究

目的:探讨应用复方丹参注射液湿敷预防新生儿套管针输注20%甘露醇所致静脉炎的疗效。方法:将60例需输注甘露醇的危重新生儿随机分为湿敷组和常规组,每组30例,湿敷组患儿使用套管针输注20%甘露醇时用复方丹参注射液纱布湿敷套管针敷贴上方,至输液结束后30 min,常规组未做任何处理,观察比较两组患儿静脉炎的发生例数和套管针留置时间。结果:湿敷组与常规组静脉炎发生率有明显差异(P<0.05),用复方丹参注射液湿敷法可以明显降低静脉炎发生率;两组套管针留置时间亦有显著性差异(P<0.01),湿敷组套管针留置时间明显长于常规组。结论:复方丹参注射液纱布湿敷局部可以预防和减少新生儿套管针输注20%甘露醇所致静脉炎的发生,延长套管针的留置时间。

Study on the effect of wet packing of compound salvia miltiorrhiza injection on prevention of neonatal phlebitis caused by injecting mannitol through vein

Objective:To explore the effect of wet packing of compound salvia miltiorrhiza injection on prevention of neonatal phlebitis caused by using trocar to inject 20% mannitol through vein.Methods:60 neonates were randomly divided into wet packing treatment group(n=30) and routine treatment group(n=30).Wet packing with compound salvia miltiorrhiza injection was adopted upper the injected vein when 20% mannitol being injected by trocar through vein in the wet packing treatment group,wet packing lasted 30 minutes after injection.No extra treatment was given in routine treatment group.The incidence of neonatal phlebitis and remaining time of trocar in two groups were observed and compared.Results:There was significant difference in the incidence of neonatal phlebitis between two groups(P<0.05).The remaining time of trocar was significantly longer in wet packing treatment group than that in routine treatment group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Local wet packing with compound salvia miltiorrhiza injection can prevent and reduce the incidence of neonatal phlebitis caused by using trocar to inject 20% mannitol through vein.
