重复异位妊娠74例临床分析

目的:分析及探讨重复异位妊娠的病因、治疗方式及预防措施。方法:回顾分析2006年1月~2008年12月汕头大学第一附属医院74例重复异位妊娠的临床资料。结果:重复异位妊娠的发病率为8.08%,均为输卵管妊娠。有54.05%的患者前次治疗方式为保守治疗(包括手术及药物),前次手术方式与重复异位妊娠部位有关。术中发现有67.30%存在盆腔粘连或输卵管炎症、扭曲。结论:输卵管炎和盆腔粘连及治疗方式是重复异位妊娠的重要原因,异位妊娠必须选择适当的治疗方式,术后加强消炎。

Clinical analysis on 74 cases with recurrent ectopic pregnancy

Objective:To analyze and explore the etiology,therapies and preventive measures of recurrent ectopic pregnancy.Methods:Clinical data of 74 cases with recurrent ectopic pregnancy were analysed retrospectively from January 2006 to December 2008.Results:The incidence of recurrent ectopic pregnancy was 8.08%,all the patients were fallopian pregnancy.54.05% of the cases accepted expectant treatment(including surgery therapy and pharmacotherapy) in previous ectopic pregnancy,the site of recurrent ectopic pregnancy was related to the previous modus operandi.67.30% of the cases were found with pelvic adhesions,salpingitis and fallopian tube distortion.Conclusion:The main etiologies of recurrent ectopic pregnancy are pelvic adhesions,salpingitis and therapies of previous ectopic pregnancy.Therefore,anti-infective therapy after operation is necessary.
