恶性肿瘤并发绝经后阴道出血的危险因素分析

目的:探讨恶性肿瘤并发绝经后阴道出血的危险因素,以便合理防治。方法:采用病历记录结合问卷调查的方式,选择11个可能的危险因素,对58例恶性肿瘤并发绝经后阴道出血病例(实验组)与208例非恶性肿瘤并发绝经后阴道出血病例(对照组)进行比较分析。结果:组间比较显示,就诊年龄、绝经年限、阴道出血持续时间、是否有宫内节育器、是否患高血压病差异具有显著性。单因素及多因素Logistic逐步回归分析显示,就诊年龄、绝经年限、阴道出血持续时间、子宫内膜厚度对恶性肿瘤并发绝经后阴道出血的影响有显著性意义。结论:就诊年龄、绝经年限、阴道出血持续时间、子宫内膜厚度可能是恶性肿瘤并发绝经后阴道出血的危险因素,针对危险因素重视早期诊断和治疗。

An analysis of risk factors of malignant tumor acquired postmenopausal bleeding

Objective:To investigate the risk factors influencing the occurrence of malignant tumor acquired postmenopausal bleeding to adopt reasonable protective and therapeutic measures.Methods:Eleven possible influencing factors were analyzed for 58 malignant tumor acquired postmenopausal bleeding cases and 208 non-malignant tumor acquired postmenopausal bleeding cases based on the case history combining with personality questionnaire.Results:There were significant differences in the patient's age,menopausal duration in postmenopausal bleeding,duration of vaginal bleeding,IUD and hypertension between two groups.Based on logistic regression analysis,the patient's age,menopausal duration in postmenopausal bleeding,the duration of vaginal bleeding and the endometrial thickness effected remarkably on malignant tumor acquired postmenopausal bleeding.Conclusion:The patient's age,menopausal duration in postmenopausal bleeding,the duration of vaginal bleeding and the endometrial thickness are the risk factors of malignant tumor acquired postmenopausal bleeding. According to the risk factors,early diagnosis and treatment must be regarded.
