| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨肾脏癌肉瘤的诊断和治疗。方法:报告3例肾脏癌肉瘤病例资料,2例为男性,1例为女性,年龄60～78岁,以腰痛,腹部肿块或者肉眼血尿就诊,术前诊断为肾脏肿瘤。结果:3例均行根治性肾切除术,术后病理检查为肾癌肉瘤,3例均经免疫组化证实;3例均未行放化疗,行生物免疫治疗,分别于术后10个月,6个月,5个月死于肿瘤远处转移。结论:肾脏癌肉瘤临床罕见,术前诊断困难,诊断依靠病理学检查,免疫组化有助于诊断,本病恶性度高,预后差,早期行根治性切除术及综合治疗有助于提高生存率。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the diagnosis and treatment of the renal carcinosarcoma.Methods:Three cases of renal carcinosarcoma were reviewed.Results:Three cases underwent radical nephrectomy.The carcinosarcoma were proved postoperatively in three cases by pathology.Three patients died of the disease 10 months 6 months 5 months after operation.Conclusions:The renal carcinosarcoma is rare and is difficult to be diagnosed preoperatively and immunohistochemistry are helpful for its diagnosis. |
