| 摘 要： | 青光眼与白内障两种疾病同时存在的患者较多，青光眼与白内障联合手术方法也较多。随着眼内窥镜在眼科的应用发展，内窥镜下睫状体光凝术作为一种新的治疗复杂性青光眼的手段，在联合白内障超声乳化人工晶状体植入术治疗合并有白内障的青光眼时有一定的优势。本文就内窥镜下睫状体光凝联合白内障超声乳化吸除术的适应证、原理、效果、并发症以及与小梁切除联合白内障超声乳化吸除术的比较作一综述。

| Abstract: | Glaucoma coexisting cataract is common, and there are a lot of combined surgical meth- ods for it. With the endoscope applications development in ophthalmology, cyclophotocoagulation endoscopic surgery as a new means of treating complicated glaucoma, and combined phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation for cataract and glaucoma have some advantages. In this article, the progress of endoscopic cyclophotocoagulation combined with phacoemulsification surgery including its indications, effacacy, compli- cations and comparison with other combined surgeries were summarized. |
