| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨MRI对复杂型先天性心脏病（CCHD）患儿大血管异常的诊断价值.方法 22例CCHD患儿接受心脏大血管MRI检查,所有患儿行手术治疗并证实诊断.结果 手术证实22例CCHD患儿中法洛四联症11例、内脏心房异位综合征4例、血管环2例、先天性主动脉缩窄5例.CCHD患儿合并的大血管异常在MRI上全部得到明确诊断.结论 MRI能够准确诊断CCHD患儿的大血管异常.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical value of magnetic resonance imaging （MRI） in the detection of vascular anomalies and connections in children with complex congenital heart disease （CCHD）.Methods Cardiac vascular MRI examination was conducted in 22 cases of CCHD children with vascular anomalies.All children were treated by the operation and confirmed.Results There were 11 cases of tetralogy of Fallot,4 cases of visceroatrial heterotaxy syndrome,2 cases of vascular rings and 5 cases of congenital coarctation of aorta in 22 children with CCHD.CCHD children with vascular anomalies all got the definite diagnosis in MRI.Conclusion MRI can diagnose the vascular anomalies in CCHD children accurately. |
