64排螺旋CT血管成像检测溃疡斑块在缺血性脑卒中的应用价值

目的探讨64排螺旋CT血管成像（CTA）检测溃疡斑块在缺血性脑卒中的应用价值。方法对2008年1月—2012年9月缺血性脑卒中286例和健康体检者369例行头颈部CTA检查,观察溃疡斑块发生率和颈动脉狭窄程度。结果缺血性脑卒中组的无狭窄率低于健康体检组,中度狭窄率、重度狭窄率及溃疡斑块发生率均高于健康体检组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论溃疡斑块是发生缺血性脑卒中的重要危险因素,CTA能清晰显示溃疡斑块,对临床早期诊断和治疗具有重要指导意义。

Value of 64 Multi-detector Helical CT Angiography in Detection of Ulceration in Cerebral Ischemic Stroke

Objective To explore application value of 64 multi-detector helical CT angiography （CTA） in detection of ulceration in cerebral ischemic stroke. Methods A total of 286 patients （group A） with cerebral ischemie stroke and 369 healthy volunteers （group B） during January 2008 and September 2012 underwent CTA examination, and the incidence rate of ulceration and carotid artery narrowing degree were observed. Results The non-stenosis percentage in group A was significantly lower than that in group B, the percentages of moderate and severe carotid artery stenosis, and incidence rate of ulceration in group A were significantly higher than those in group B （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Plaque ulceration is a risk factor of cerebral ischemia. CTA can clearly display carotid plaque ulceration, which is important for early diagnosis and treatment.
