| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨多靶点调控、立体定向手术对难治性精神病人智力的影响。方法：应用韦氏智力量表（WAIS－RC）对63名难治性精神病人进行手术前后测试并对照研究。结果：精神病人手术治疗前后其智力水平无显著差异（P＞0．05）。结论：多靶点调控、立体定向手术治疗对精神病人的智力无损害。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the influence of stereotactic neurosurgery on the intellect of patients with refractory psychosis.Methods:63 patients with refractory psychosis were evaluated by WAIS RC before and after operation. Results: There was no difference in intellect of patients with refractory psychosis before and after operation( P >0.05).Conclusion:Stereotactic neurosurgery has no impairment on intellect of patients with refractory psychosis. |
