64层螺旋CT主动脉成像扫描技术探讨

目的探讨64层螺旋CT主动脉成像的扫描技术及影响图像质量的主要因素.方法对90例64层螺旋CT主动脉成像资料进行分析、总结.结果90例主动脉成像检查成功率100%,图像质量评价优为88.9%,良为11.1%.其中主动脉夹层58例,图像质量优为89.7%,良为10.3%;非夹层组32例,图像质量优为87.5%,良为12.5%.夹层组与非夹层组采用团注法获得的图像质量比较,无显著差异,x 2=0.0977,P>0.05.结论扫描延迟时间的选择、监测平面的设定以及后续生理盐水的使用,是团注追踪法64层螺旋CT主动脉成像检查成功的关键因素.

Research on the scan technology of 64 slice spiral CT aortic angiography

Objective To explore the scan technology of 64-slice spiral CT aortic angiography.Methods The Image data of 90 patients with 64-slice spiral CT aortic angiography were reviewed and analyzed(Aortic dissection 58 examples,non-AD 32 examples). Results The success ratio of 64SCTA is 100% in 90 patients,the ratio of superior image is 88.9%,the good 11.1%.In 58 aortic dissection(AD)patients,the ratio of superior image is 89.7%,the good 10.3%;in 32 non-AD patients,the ratio of superior image is 87.5%,the good 12.5%.There was not statisUcal difference of image quality between two sets(x~2=0.0977,P>0.05). Conclusions The delay time of scan,the monitor plane and the use of normal saline following are the key factors to 64-slice CT aortic angiography.
