合成前列腺素E_1的中间体-γ亚麻酸甲酯的制备

摘    要:以r-亚麻酸甲酯为原料可合成二高-r-亚麻酸,再经生物合成得前列腺素E_1。本文报道了由月见草(Oenothera biennis)种子油制备 r-亚麻酸甲酯的方法。所得产品为无色或微带黄色的油状液体,含有 r-亚麻酸60%(GLC)以上。按月见草油计算,总收率约3%。

Abstract:Dihomo-γ-Linolenic acid was obtained chemically using methyl γ-linolenate as starting material.It could then be converted into prostglandin E_1 through bio- synthesis.In this paper,a modern method for preparing methyl γ-linolenate from the seed oil of Oenothera biennis was reported.The product obtained was a col- ourless or light yellowish oil.The content of γ-linolenic acid was higher than 60%(GLC).The total yield was about 3% caculated on the weight of the seed oil.
