玉屏风散联用白葡奈氏菌片预防慢性支气管炎复发效果观察

摘    要:目的:探讨玉屏风散联用白葡奈氏菌片预防慢性支气管炎复发效果。方法:临床确诊的慢性支气管炎50例。随机分为治疗组和对照组各25例,治疗组口服玉屏风散10g/次,2次/d,白葡奈氏菌片2片/次,2次/d:对照组口服白葡奈氏菌片2片/次,2次/d。两组患者均连续应用2个月,用药前后检测血浆IgA、IgM、IgG浓度及统计用药前后各1年内复发次数。结果:治疗组用药后1年内发作次数较治疗前明显下降(P〈0.01),也明显低于对照组发作次数(P〈0.01),血浆IgA、IgM、IgG浓度较治疗前明显提高(P〈0.01),较对照组也有明显提高(P〈0.01)。结论:易发病前期应用玉屏风散和白葡奈氏茵片可明显提高慢性支气管炎患者免疫能力,降低发作次数。

Efficacy observation on preventing chronic bronchitis recurrence with Yupingfeng San combined with Staphylococcus and Neisseria tablets
Abstract:Objective: To explore effects of Yupingfeng San combined with Staphylococcus and Neisseria tablets on preventing chronic bronchitis recurrence. Methods: 50 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 25 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with Yupingfeng San 10g each time, Staphylococcus and Neisseria tablets 2 pieces in each time, both of them were 2 times a day; Control group were only treated with 2 pieces of Staphylococcus and Neisseria tablets each time, 2 times a day, the concentration of plasma IgA, IgM and IgG after 2 moths treatment and frequency of recurrence after 1 year treatment were recorded separately before and after the treatment. Results: The frequency of recurrence after 1 year treatment in the treatment group was significantly decreased (P〈0.01) than that before treatment, and so did than control group (P〈0.01), the concentration of plasma IgA, IgM and IgG was obviously increased (P〈0.01) than that before treatment, and so did than control group (P〈0.01). Conclusion: Before susceptibility period, the application of Yupingfeng San combined with Staphylococcus and Neisseria tablets can obviously improve the chronic bronchitis immune ability and reduce the number of attacks.
