针刺丰隆穴对颈内动脉血流动力学的影响

目的：探讨针刺左侧丰隆穴对健康青年颈内动脉（ICA）血流动力学的影响,为临床治疗相关脑血管疾病提供数据。方法：选取健康志愿者共16例,针刺被测者的左侧丰隆穴并记录针刺前、针刺时、针刺后的血流速度、搏动指数（PI）及阻抗指数（RI）等参数。运用SPSS17．0进行统计学分析。结果：针刺丰隆穴在进刺时、行针时、出针时以及出针后在血流速度、搏动指数（PI）及阻抗指数（RI）较针刺前比较均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）结论：在实验过程中,针刺丰隆穴对颈内动脉的血流速度无影响。

Impact of acupuncturing Fenglong acupoint on internal carotid artery hemodynamics

Objective： To discuss effects on internal carotid artery hemodynamics by acupuncturing Fenglong acupoint in healthy young people, providing data for the treatment of cerebrovascular disease. Methods： 16 healthy volunteers were treated with acupuncture Fenglong acupoint. A series of parameters such as blood flow velocity, pulsatility index and resistence index were recorded before, during and after acupuncture, analyzing the data with spss17.0. Results： There is no remarkable difference （P〉0.05） for blood flow velocity, pulsatility index and resistence index parameters in each section of time of acupuncturing Fenglong acupoint, Conclusion： During all the process of our experiment, we can draw the conclusion that acupuncture on Fenglong acupoint has no influence on the blood flow velocity of ICA.
