清金化痰汤治疗痰热结肺型鼻口因癌的临床疗效

目的：探讨清金化痰汤辅助治疗痰热结肺型鼻咽癌的疗效价值。方法：回顾性分析48例中医辨证为痰热结肺型鼻咽癌患者的临床资料，随机分组，对照组21例，予以顺铂与氟尿嘧啶西药化疗，治疗组27例，在西药化疗基础上加用清金化痰汤，比较两组疗效。结果：治疗组患者在疼痛、体重、食欲等方面情况改善显著优于对照组，生活质量大大提高，治疗总有效率为88．9％，对照组为76．3％，结果（P〈0．05）具有统计学意义。结论：清金化痰汤辨证治疗鼻咽癌，疗效肯定，大大改善患者生活质量，降低化疗的毒副作用，且价格低廉，值得临床推广。

Clinical efficacy of the Qinjing Huatan decoction on treating nasopharyngeal carcinoma of Tanre Jiefei type

Objective： To investigate the value of the Qinjing Huatan decoction in adjuvant treatment ofnasopharyngeal carcinoma of Tanre Jiefei type. Methods： 48 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were randomly divided into two groups, 21 in the control group and 27 in the treated group. The control group was given chemotherapy with cisplatin and fluorouracil, while the treated group was given Qingjin Huatan decoction more. Results： The improvement of pain appetite, weight and other aspects in the treated group were significantly better than those in the control group. The efficiency in the treated group was 88.9%, significantly different from that in the control group 76.3%. Conclusion： Qinjing Huatan decoction was effective on treating nasopharyngeal carcinoma, improving the quality of life of patients, reducing the toxic effects of chemotherapy, worthy of a wide clinical application.
