天麻钩藤饮加味治疗中风急性期40例疗效观察

目的：观察天麻钩藤饮加味治疗中风急性期的临床疗效。方法：选择自2008年3月-2012年4月我院内科收治的中风急性期患者64例，其中治疗组40例以平肝潜阳、活血通络为法治疗，对照组24例只采用西医常规治疗。结果：通过对我院64例中风急性期患者的临床疗效统计，治疗组总有效率为90．0％，对照组则为66．7％，治疗组临床疗效显著优于对照组，两组比较差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论：天麻钩藤饮加味治疗急性期中风的临床疗效显著，充分体现了中医饮片对内科疾病治疗具有优势，值得临床医生学习应用。

Effective observation on treating 40 cases of acute phase of stroke with the Tianma Gouteng decoction

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Tianma Gouteng decoction in treating acute phase of stroke. Methods： 64 patients from March 2008 to April 2012 were randomly divided into the treatment group for 40 cases and control group for 24 cases. The treatment group was given the treatment of ＂calming liver and Huoxue Tongluo＂, and the control group received the treatment of rutine modern medicine. Results： The total efficiency of the treatment group was 90%, and 66.7% in the control group. The clinical efficacy of treatment group was better than control group, there was a significant difference （P〈0.05） in two groups. Conclusion： There was a significant clinical effect of Tianma Gouteng decoction on treating acute phases of stroke, which do really proved that Chinese medicine pieces have certain advantage of treating some medical diseases. It is worth to be applied in the clinical treatment.
