火针治疗带状疱疹60例

目的：用中医传统火针临床论治常见的带状疱疹。方法：采用细火针、三头火针针具，主穴加辨证论治取穴的方法。将患者分为治疗组60例、对照组各60例，治疗组用细针深急刺、三头火针点刺的治疗手法，隔日治疗1次，7次为1个疗程：对照组采用口服阿昔洛韦片、肌注维生素B12、外敷等方法治疗，7d为1个疗程，连用2个疗程，判定治疗效果。结果：治疗组痊愈率70％、总有效率96．67％；对照组痊愈率21．67％、总有效率63.33％；两组间具有显著统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：火针治疗带状疤疹疗效快，止痛效果好，病愈迅速，有不留后遗症的特点。

Clinical observation on treating 60 cases of herpes zoster with fire needle therapy

Objective： To evaluate the clinical effect of traditional fire needling therapy on herpes zoster. Methods： 120 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 60 in each group. The control group was orally given acyclovir and injected with vitamin B12, while the treated group was needling with fine needle and triple-head fire needle. Both groups received 2 courses of treatment and then the efficiencies in both groups were recorded and evaluated. Results： The total effective rates in the treated group and the control group were 96.67% and 63.33%, respectively. The cure rates in the two groups were 70% and 21.67%, respectively. There were significant differences between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： It was effective, safe and easily operating to use the fire needle on treating herpes zoster.
