马齿苋水提物抗小鼠缺氧呼吸机制研究

摘    要:目的研究马齿苋水提物抗缺氧的机制。方法小鼠密闭缺氧25min,用氧电极法测定小鼠肝脏和大脑线粒体呼吸功能参数,用扫描电镜观测缺氧小鼠大脑线粒体病理改变,观察马齿苋水提物对缺氧小鼠线粒体的保护作用。结果马齿苋水提物对缺氧小鼠线粒体有明显的保护作用,用药后RCR值较模型组提高。并改善缺氧后小鼠线粒体的病理改变。结论马齿苋水提物对缺氧小鼠线粒体形态和呼吸功能具有一定的保护作用。

Abstract:Objective To observe the protective effects of Purslane Herb on mitochondrial respiratory function and mitochondrial pathology changes in hypoxia mice. Methods The mice were anoxic for 25min, Clark oxygen electrode was used to measure the change in liver and brain mitochondrial respiratory state and respiratory control rate (RCR). Electron microscopy were used to observe the pathology changes of brain cells of hypoxia mice. Results Purslane Herb aqueous extracts could prevent the damage of mitochondrial respiratory function, comparing with hypoxia control group, both RCR rate and ST3 had some degree rising. Conclusion Purslane Herb aqueous extracts have the protective effect for respiratory function and form of mitochondria of hypoxic mice.
