| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨颈部微小金属异物的定位及取出。方法 对我院收治的3例颈部微小金属异物患的临床资料，诊治过程作回顾性分析。结果 我们在X线下使用针灸针对异物进行不同平面，不同深度的定位，然后在针灸针的引导下，将3例颈部异物顺利取出。结论 借助针灸针对颈部微小金属异物进行放射定位，方法简便，定位准确，易于取出。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo study the localization and extraction of the minute metal foreign bodies in neck.MethodsThediagnosis and treatrent of the minute metal foreign bodies in neck in 3 patients were analyzed retrospectively.ResultsAfterusing acupuncture needles to localize the foreign bodies in neck from different planes and depths under X-ray, the foreignbodies were extracted successfully. ConclusionsIt is proved that the operation with acupuncture needle for the minutemetal foreign bodies in neck is simple and accurate. |
