神经颗粒素蛋白在系统性红斑狼疮患者外周血细胞异位表达的临床意义

目的探讨系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）患者外周血单个核细胞表达神经颗粒素蛋白（Ng）的临床意义。方法采用半定量RT—PCR和Western blot共检测72例SLE患者外周血单个核细胞Ng表达状态,依据RT—PCR电泳条带的灰度值或是否可见Western blot条带,将72例SLE患者分成病例研究组（53例）和病例对照组（19例）,分别比较两组临床特征。结果病例研究组SLE疾病活动指数评分（SLEDAI）明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）,具有较高的发生肾损害（P〈0．05）的危险性。结论SLE患者外周血单个核细胞过度表达Ng提示疾病活动性较高,可能与肾损害和血液学异常相关联。

Clinical significance of neurogranin protein expressed ectopically in peripheral blood mononudear cells in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus

Objective To explore the clinical significance of neurogranin protein （Ng）expressed ectopically in peripheral blood mononuclear cells in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus （SLE）. Methods Base on the data collected from semi-quantitative RT-PCR and Western blot analysis of neurogranin protein expressed in peripheral blood mononuclear cells,72 cases of SLE patients were divided into two groups, study group and control group, and the clinical features were compared between two groups. Result Patients with Ng over-expression levels had higher SLEDAI scores（P 〈 0.05 ）and a significantly higher prevalence of kidney injuries （ P 〈 0.05 ） and hematological manifestation （ P 〈 0.05 ） than case controls. Conclusion Over-expression of Ng in SLE peripheral blood cells may be related to lupus kidney injury and hematological abnormality.
