急性脑出血患者早期康复训练意义的研究

目的：探讨早期康复训练对急性脑出血患功能恢复的意义。方法：对82例急性脑出血患实施了系统的4阶段康复训练，应用Borthel指数和简化Fusl-Meyev积分法分别对康复组和对照组患入院，出院和病后6个月随访时予以评定。结果：182例急性脑出因患中康复组（92例）和对照组90例）出院时及随访时，患的功能均有改善，但康复组功能改善程度明显高于对照组（P＜0．01）。结论：早期康复训练对急出血患神经功能恢复是十分必要的，有益的、也是应积极提倡并推广的。

Study on Early Rehabilitation Training on Patients with Acute Cerebral Hemorrhage

Objective To investigate the importance of early rehabilitation training on the functional recovery of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 82 patients with cerebral hemorrhage were received 4 stage systemic rehabilitation training.Barthel index and simple Fugl Meayl method were employed to evaluate the neurological function of all patients on admission,discharge and after six month follow up. Results Functional improvement was detected on all patients in systemic training groups and control groups as well,but much better functional recovery was found in systemic training groups.Conclusion The results showed that systemic early rehabilitation training played a very important role on the functional recovery of patients with acute stroke and should be recommended.
