子宫内膜间质瘤中雄激素受体(AR)表达的实验研究

摘    要:目的探讨子宫内膜间质肉瘤中是否表达雄激素受体(AR)。方法研究20例肿瘤标本,其中3例为子宫内膜间质结节(ESN)、14例为低度恶性子宫内膜间质肉瘤(ESS)和3例高度恶性子宫内膜间质肉瘤(UES)、用免疫组化法测定经甲醛溶液固定、石蜡包埋的肿瘤标本。结果雌激素(ER)和孕激素(PR)阳性免疫反应分别有14例(70%)和17例(85%)。此外,9例(45%)为雄激素(AR)免疫反应阳性。在17例ESS和UES中,7例(41%)显示AR阳性。3例子宫内膜间质结节中2例也呈AR阳性。而且,3例高度恶性肉瘤(未分化子宫内膜肉瘤)中有1例ER和PR均为阴性,但AR为阳性免疫反应。结论在子宫内膜间质肉瘤中有AR表达(占45%),必将影响对这类病人的术后处理。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE Investigate whether the presence or obsence of androgen receptor(AR).METHODS 20 tumor specis were studied,including 3 endometrial stromal nodules,14 low-grade endometrial sarcomas(ESS),and 3 high-grade endometrial sarcomad(UES).Immunohistochemical analyses for ER,PR,and Ar were performed on formalinfixed,paraffin-embedded archival material.RESULTS Positive immunoreactions for estrogen receptors and progesterone receptors were observed in 14(70%) and 17(85%) cases,respectively,Furthermore,9 cases (45%) were postive for androgen receptors.Among 17 ESS and UES cases,7(41%) revealed postivity for AR.Two of three begin stromal nodules were also positive for AR.Moreover,one of the three high-grade sarcomas (undifferentiated endometrial sarcoma) was negative ror both ER and PR,but showed positive reaction for AR (45%).CONCLUSION AR are expressed in endometrial stromal neoplasms(45%).It must have some impact on the postoperative management of the patients.
