| 摘 要： | 目的:了解中医院校学生服务基层的意愿情况,并分析其原因。方法:在2012年11-12月采取随机抽样的方式对本校93名研究生,261本科生进行服务基层意愿的问卷调查,采用SPSS 17.0进行统计分析。结果:愿意去基层工作的174名,占49.2%;不愿去的180名,占50.8%,反映出他们到基层就业的意愿不强。结论:在当前基层需要大量医学人才的情况下,国家、学校和社会应采取多种措施,积极引导医学生到基层就业。
