摘    要:目的:实验观察新脑活素注射对脑缺血、缺氧的保护作用。方法:按防治脑血管病药物的经理实验方法,进行了耐缺氧实验,全脑缺血实验,小鼠脑血栓形成实验及学习记忆实验。结果:该药可显著延长小鼠从静脉注射氰化钾到呼吸停止的缺氧死亡时间,大剂量新脑活素注射液组小鼠缺氧死亡时间为24.8s,与生理盐水对照组(18.6s)比较有显著差异(P<0.01);对断头引起的小鼠全脑急性缺血导致的张口呼吸时间也有显著延长作用,大剂量新脑活素组小鼠断头所致喘气时间为23.3s,与生理盐水对照组(20.5s)比较有显著差异(P<0.05);促智实验表明,新脑活素注射液可显著改善东莨菪碱造成的小鼠记忆获得障碍,明显延长触电潜伏期,减少3min内的错误次数。结论:新脑活素注射具有明显的抗组织缺血、缺氧,保护脑组织,改善脑功能的作用。

Abstract:Objective:In order to investigate the protection of NCA injection on experimental ischemia and hypoxia.Methods:According to the pharmacological methods about medicines that can prevent and treat cerebral blood vessel diseases, we performed tests of hypoxia, ischemia, thrombosis formation and learning and memory in mice.Results:NCA injection could significantly prolong the dead time from injecting of KCN. The dead time of mice injected NCA injection (3.2 mg/kg, i.p×3 d) was 24.8 s, comparing to 18.6 s from control. And also the dead time from breaking mice's heads was prolonged (23.3 s from NCA 3.2 mg/kg i.p×3 d, comparing to 20.5 s from control). Results related to learning and memory in mice showed that NCA injection could benefit the memory deficiency induced by scopolamine i.p, prolong significantly the incubation period of touching electricity and decrease error numbers in 3 minutes.Conclusion:NCA injection has effects of anti-hypoxia, anti-ischemia and can protect brain tissue from damage and enhance mental work capacity.
