患者对糖尿病教育满意度的调查分析

目的了解住院糖尿病患者对糖尿病教育工作的满意度。方法采用问卷调查法,评估100例糖尿病患者对糖尿病教育工作满意度状况。结果对糖尿病教育护士的总体工作满意度在82%以上;近20%的糖尿病患者提出心理健康的指导不足;糖尿病教育护士的业务素质有待于进一步提高;个体化DM教育要更具针对性;糖尿病教育护士的讲课技巧有待提高。结论患者对糖尿病工作满意度较高,要进一步重视和加强糖尿病教育护士的培训,不断提高DM教育质量。

Investigation of patient''''s satisfactory rate on health education of diabetes mellitus

Objective To understand the satisfactory rate on health education of patients with diabetes mellitus(DM).Methods 100 DM patients' satisfactory rate on health nursing was evaluated.(Results The) whole satisfactory rate was above 82%.The problems that existed in health education on DM were: 20% of them thought that guide on mental health was lacked;nurses who conducted health education on DM needed training;individual health education lacked pertinence;nurses who conducted health education on DM did not lecture skillfully.Conclusions DM patients are satisfied with health education on DM.The training of nurses who conducted health education on DM should be emphasized and strengthened in order to promote DM education quality.
