地奥司明片减轻肛门直肠手术后水肿、疼痛和促进创面愈合的临床观察

目的：观察地奥司明片减轻肛门直肠手术后水肿、疼痛和促进创面愈合的临床效果。方法：将我院2011年3—9月260例行肛门直肠手术患者随机分为治疗组（136例）和对照组（124例）。治疗组术后第l天开始服用地奥司明片，每次2片（每片0．45g），每日2次，连服7d；对照组术后不口服地奥司明片及其他止痛、消炎药物。对2组患者术后创面局部水肿和疼痛情况及创面愈合时间进行比较。并观察不良反应。结果：治疗组术后48、72h和7d的水肿和疼痛评分及总评分较对照组显著改善（P〈0．01）；治疗组术后平均创面愈合时间显著短于对照组（P〈0．01）。2组患者均未见不良反应发生。结论：地奥司明片能有效减轻患者肛门直肠手术后水肿和疼痛症状，促进创面愈合，且安全性较好。

Clinical Observation of Edema and Pain Relief and Wound Healing by Diosmin Tablets after Anorectal Operation

OBJECTIVE： To observe the clinical efficacy of edema and pain relief and wound healing by Diosmin tablets after anorectal operation. METHODS： 260 patients underwent anorectal operation in our hospital during Mar. - Spet. 20tl were randomized into treatment group （136 cases） and control group （124 cases）. Treatment group was given Diosmin tablets 2 pieces each time （0.45 g per piece） twice a day for consecutive 7 days since first day after operation; control group didn＇t taken Diosmin tablets and any analgesic and anti-inflammatory drugs. Local edema and pain and time of wound healing were compared between 2 groups after treatment, and adverse drug reaction was observed. RESULTS： The edema and pain score and total score of treatment group were improved significantly 48 h, 72 h and 7 d after operation, compared with control group （P〈0.01） ; average time of wound healing in treatment group was shorter than in control group significantly （P〈0.01）. No obvious ADR was found in 2 groups. CONCLUSION： Diosmin tablet is effective and safe in the treatment of edema and pain after anorectal operation and pro- mote wound healing.
