腹腔冲洗液中FGF2表达改变与子宫内膜异位症的关系

目的检测FGF2蛋白在子宫内膜异位症(EMs)患者及非内异症患者腹腔冲洗液中的表达,探讨其在EMs发生、发展中的作用。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测45例子宫内异症患者(EMs组)及40例非内异症患者(对照组)腹腔冲洗液中FGF2水平。结果 (1)在EMs组中,FGF2水平分别为(126.67±39.26)ng·L-1,均高于对照组的(50.31±27.33)ng·L-1,差异具有显著性(P<0.01);(2)在EMs组中,Ⅲ～Ⅳ期患者的FGF2水平为(118.75±45.81)ng·L-1,高于I～Ⅱ期患者的(90.43±22.05)ng·L-1(P<0.05)。结论腹腔冲洗液中FGF2增加可能与EMs发病及发展有关。

Changes of FGF2 in the peritoneal lavage and their relationship with endometriosis

Objective To explore whether FGF2 is involved in the origenesis and progression of endometriosis, and to evaluate fibroblast growth factor receptor 2 （FGF2） in the peritoneal lavage. Methods The levels of FGF2 were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） method in 45 cases of endometriosis and go normal cases without endometriosis. Results The levels of FGF2 in the peritoneal lavage of EMs group was （ 126.67± 39.26） ng . L-1 , and it was significantly higher than that in control group, （50.31 ± 27.33 ） ng . L - 1. The difference was significant （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The level of FGF2 in the peritoneal lavage of the patients in stage I and II was （90.43 ± 22.05 ） ng . L- 1, and it was significantly lower than that in stage III and IV （ 118.75 ± 45.81 ） ng . L - 1 （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The increased FGF2 in peritoneal lavage is involved in the the origenesis and progression of endometriosis.
