经尿道前列腺汽化电切术的常见并发症及预防措施

目的:探讨经尿道前列腺汽化电切术(transurethral vaporization resection of prostate,TUVRP)常见并发症的原因及防治措施,以减少并发症的发生,提高疗效。方法:回顾分析为317例良性前列腺增生患者行TUVRP的临床资料。结果:2例(0.6%)发生电切综合征,3例(0.9%)前列腺包膜穿孔,8例(2.5%)术后出血,6例(1.9%)不完全尿失禁,1例(0.3%)永久性尿失禁,7例(2.2%)发生尿道狭窄,3例(0.9%)腺体残留再次手术。结论:TUVRP治疗良性前列腺增生症效果良好,但仍有一定的并发症发生率,充分的术前准备、术中精细操作可减少并发症的发生,提高手术疗效。

Common complication and its prevention of transurethral vaporization resection of prostate

Objective:To investigate the causes of complications and their prevention measures of transurethral vaporization resection of the prostate,to reduce the complications and improve the treatment effect.Methods:Retrospective analysis was made on the clinical data of 317 cases of transurethral vaporization resection of prostate for treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.Results:Complications included transurethral electroresection syndrome in 2 cases(0.6%),the prostatic capsular perforation in 3 cases(0.9%),postoperative hemorrhage in 8 cases(2.5%),incomplete urinary incontinence in 6 cases(1.9%),permanent urinary incontinence in 1 case(0.3%),urethral stricture in 7 cases(2.2%),residual gland reoperation in 3 cases(0.9%).Conclusions:Transurethral vaporization resection of prostate for treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia is effective,but some complications still exist,full preoperative preparation,intraoperative fine operation can reduce the complications and improve the treatment effect.
