宫腹腔镜联合手术诊治不孕症的临床研究

目的探讨宫腹腔镜联合手术在不孕症诊治方面的应用价值。方法对78例不孕症患者进行宫腹腔镜联合检查和手术的资料进行回顾性分析。结果 78例患者经宫腹腔镜联合检查和手术诊断为盆腔炎性疾病42例,术后妊娠率30.95%;子宫内膜异位症16例,术后妊娠率31.25%;多囊卵巢综合征6例,术后妊娠率50.00%;子宫腔良性病变5例,术后妊娠率40.00%;生殖器结核2例,术后未妊娠;卵巢肿瘤和子宫肌瘤均为2例,术后妊娠率均为50.00%;正常盆腔3例,术后妊娠率66.67%。结论宫腹腔镜联合手术在不孕症的诊治上有重要作用。

Clinical Study of hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy in diagnosis and treatment of infertility

Objective To investigate the value of hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy in diagnosis and treatment of infertility. Meth- ods Seventy-eight patients of infertility with hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy in treatment and pregnancy rates after operation were analyzed retrospectively during recent three years. Results All patients were operated successfully. Post-operation pregnancy rate of 42 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease was 30.95%. It was 31.25% in 16 patients with endometriosis ;50.00% in 6 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome,40.00% in 5 patients with uterine cavitary benign lesion zero in 2 patients with genital tuberculosis; 50.00% in 2 patients with uterine myoma;50.00% in 2 patients with ovarian tumor, and 66.67% in 3 patients with normal pelvic. Conclusion Hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy plays an important role in diagnosis and treatment of infertility.
