后腹腔镜肾脏切除术对患者IL-6和IL-10的影响

目的:探讨后腹腔镜肾脏切除术与常规开放肾切除术对患者血清IL-6、IL-10的影响。方法:选择80例肾切除术患者,其中男46例,女34例,术前均证实为单侧肾功能丧失(术后病理确诊),对侧肾脏功能良好,随机分为后腹腔镜组与开放手术组,每组40例,对比两组患者术前24 h,术后4 h、12 h、24 h血清IL-6与IL-10水平。结果:两组患者性别、年龄、体重指数、手术时间、麻醉时间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);后腹腔镜组术后12 h、24 h IL-6水平及术后24 h IL-10水平明显低于开放手术组(P<0.05)。结论:后腹腔镜肾切除术对机体炎症反应的影响明显小于开放手术。

Influence of retroperitoneal laparoscopic nephrectomy on interleukin-6 and interleukin-10

Objective:The aim of this study was to investigate the influences of retroperitoneal laparoscopic nephrectomy(RLN) and open nephrectomy(ON) on interleukin-6(IL-6) and interleukin-10(IL-10).Methods:Eighty patients without unilateral kidney function(male 46,female 34) were included and randomly divided into two groups(40 cases in each group).Serum concentrations of IL-6 and IL-10 were measured in both groups.Blood samples were obtained at 24 h before surgery and 4,12,and 24 h after surgery.Results:There were no significant differences between two groups in age,gender,body mass index,operation time,or anesthesia time(P>0.05).The levels of IL-6 at 12,24 h after surgery in RLN group were lower than those in ON group.The level of IL-10 at 24 h after surgery in RLN group was significantly lower than that in ON group(P<0.05).Conclusions:The inflammatory response of RLN is less than ON.
