替吉奥联合奥沙利铂治疗36例晚期大肠癌的临床观察

目的观察替吉奥(S-1)联合奥沙利铂治疗36例晚期大肠癌的疗效及不良反应。方法收集该科36例晚期大肠癌患者应用替吉奥联合奥沙利铂方案化疗:替吉奥80 mg·m-2,早晚餐后口服d1-14,奥沙利铂130 mg·m-2d1,静滴2 h。每21 d为1个周期2,周期后评价疗效。结果 36例患者中总有效率(RR)为47.2%,疾病控制率(DCR)83.3%,CR 1例(2.8%),PR 16例(42.1%),SD 13例(36.1%),PD 6例(16.7%)。不良反应主要为骨髓抑制,消化道反应,周围神经毒性,无死亡病例。结论替吉奥联合奥沙利铂治疗晚期大肠癌疗效较好,不良反应较轻,值得临床进一步推广。

Clinical observation of S-1 capsule combined with oxaliplatin for the treatment of 36 advanced colorectal cancer

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect and side effects of S-1 capsule combined with oxaliplatin for the treatment of 36 advanced colorectal cancer. Methods All the 36 patients with advanced colorectal cancer were treated with chemotherapy ： S-1 capsule 80 mg ~ m-2 twice daily for 14 days, and oxaliplatin 130 mg ~ m-2in day 1. The chemotherapy was repeated every 21days. The efficacy and toxicities were evaluated after 2 cycles. Results The total effective rate was 47.2%. The disease control rate was 83.3%. Of the 36 patients,CR was observed in 1 patient （2.8%） ,PR in 16 patients（42.1% ） ,SD in 13 patients（36.1% ） ,PD in 6 patients（ 16.7% ）. The major side effects included myelosuppression, gastrointestinal reaction and peripheral nerve toxicity. No death patients were observed. Conclusion S-1 eapstile combined with oxaliplatin is effective and has lower side effects in the treatment of patients with advanced colorectal cancer.
