青年颈椎失稳患者的临床表现回归分析

目的:研究青年颈椎失稳患者的影响及其与临床表现的相关程度。方法:评估60例青年颈椎失稳患者临床表现及其生活质量、工作效率,应用Logistic回归分析研究颈椎失稳与其临床表现的相关性。结果:生活质量自身评价出现明显影响者47例,平均得分为7.24。工作效率自身评价出现明显影响者36例,平均得分为7.46。颈椎功能障碍指数(NDI)评分区间为3~28。颈椎失稳最易引起头痛、眩晕、视物模糊(OR=7.018,4.427,4.025,P<0.05)。结论:颈椎失稳对青年患者生活质量和工作效率造成轻中度影响,可将头痛、眩晕、视物模糊等临床表现作为颈椎失稳的信号,高度警惕颈椎病。

Regression Analysis of Cervical Instability and Clinical Manifestations in Young Patients

Objective:To study the cervical spine instability and its relevance to the clinical manifestations in young patients.Methods:60 patients’clinical manifestations,quality of life and work efficiency were evaluated.Logistic regression analysis was used for relevance between cervical spine instability and clinical manifestations.Results:47 patients showed the significant influence in evaluation of the quality of life with an average score of 7.24,and 36 cases showed the significant influence in work efficiency with an average score of 7.46.NDI ratings range from 3 to 28.The Cervical Instability was most likely to cause headache,dizziness,blurred view(OR=7.018,4.427,4.025,P<0.05).Conclusion:The cervical spine instability caused mild to moderate impact on quality of life and productivity of young people.Headache,dizziness and blurred view were high alert signals of cervical spondylosis.
