摘    要:目的了解大学生艾滋病相关知识、态度、行为现状,评价高校学生团体参与艾滋病健康教育干预活动的效果,为高校开展艾滋病健康教育和行为干预提供依据。方法2014年11月至2015年5月,采取随机整群抽样方法选取合肥市某高校大一新生共319名,利用受培训的学生社团成员作为志愿者对其进行预防艾滋病综合干预活动,并对干预前后效果进行评价。结果共有294名学生全程参与了干预活动。干预前艾滋病8个基本知识答对率41.01%~98.11%,“输血是否传播知晓率”最高;干预后学生艾滋病知识总体知晓率由67.19%提高到99.32%(χ^2=109.80,P=0.000),婚前性行为的支持率由53.00%下降到43.88%(χ^2=5.078,P=0.024),艾滋病相关歧视态度各维度得分均有不同程度下降,且差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论利用高校学生社团开展预防艾滋病同伴教育活动,可有效提高大学生艾滋病防治相关知识、态度,降低歧视。

Abstract:Objective To understand AIDS related knowledge,attitude and practice of college students,to evaluate the effect of comprehensive intervention on AIDS prevention and to provide scientific evidence for AIDS related health education and behavioral intervention among college students.Methods Between November 2014and May 2015,a total of 319first-year college students in Hefei were randomly selected using cluster sampling method.All participants received comprehensive intervention for AIDS prevention conducted by trained volunteer from school clubs.The effect of intervention was evaluated by aquestionnaire survey.Results Before the intervention,the awareness rates of students on 8basic AIDS related knowledge questions ranged between 41.01%and 98.11%,with the lowest rate on the question of"Whether mosquito can transmit HIV/AIDS",and highest rate on the question of"Whether blood transfusion can transmit HIV/AIDS"After the intervention,the overall awareness rate for AIDS prevention related knowledge increased from 67.19%to 99.32%and the support rate for premarital sex decreased from 53.00%to 43.88%,the differences were statistically significant(χ^2=109.80,P=0.000;χ^2=5.078,P=0.024).The scores of various dimensions of AIDS related discrimination decreased significantly after the intervention(P<0.05).Conclusions The comprehensive intervention on AIDS prevention among college students conducted by trained students from school clubs can effectively improve the knowledge and attitude of students for AIDS prevention,and reduce discrimination as well.
