摘    要:目的了解某新型电池原材料生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素情况,评价职业病危害防护措施及其效果。方法通过现场职业卫生学调查,对工作场所中主要职业病危害因素进行检测并对职业卫生防护措施等调查结果进行综合评价。结果主要职业病危害因素有镰、盐酸、氯、氨、硫酸、二氧化氮、其他粉尘(总尘)、噪声和高温,合格率均为100.0%。存在职业病危害的各岗位配备了适当的防护设施。结论新型电池原材料在生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素均符合国家标准要求,适当的防护设施配备是有效的。

Abstract:Objective To understand the occupational hazards in the production of new battery raw materials,to evaluate the occupational hazard protective equipment and their effects.Methods Through field investigation,the main occupational hazard factors were detected,and comprehensive evaluation of survey results such as occupational health protection measure were applied.Results The main occupational hazards in the enterprise included nickel,hydrochloride,chlorine,ammonia,sulfuric acid,nitrogen dioxide,dust,noise and heat stress.The qualified rate of them was 100.0%.All positions with occupational hazards were equipped with appropriate protective equipment.Conclusion Occupational disease hazards in the production of new battery raw materials meet the national standards,and appropriate protective equipment is effective.
