某医院感染风险评估及干预效果评价

摘要 目的 评价医院感染风险程度和干预措施的效果，为实施精准防控提供依据。方法 运用风险评估模型，对医院感染风险及对高风险科室实施干预措施的效果进行评估。结果 通过评估，提出重症医学科为极高风险科室，同时评估出手卫生依从率低、物体表面清洁消毒合格率低等为高风险因素。采取针对性干预措施3个月后进行重新评估。手卫生依从率由53.78%提高到86.46%；手卫生正确率由66.78%提高到93.64%。环境表面清洁合格率由72.50%提高到100%。住院患者导尿管相关性感染率由7.50%降低到1.40%。结论 通过风险评估的运用，明确医院感染管理工作重点，可实现医院感染精准防控工作。

Evaluation of nosocomial infection risk and its intervention effect in a hospital

Objective To evaluate the risk of nosocomial infection and the effect of intervention measures,and to provide a basis for implementation of precise prevention and control. Methods The risk assessment model was used to evaluate the risk of nosocomial infection and the effect of intervention measures in high-risk departments. Results Through evaluation,the critical care department was proposed as a very high-risk department. At the same time,low hand hygiene compliance rate and low qualification rate of surface cleansing and disinfection were evaluated as high risk factors. Reassessment was performed 3 months after targeted interventions,and hand hygiene compliance rate increased from 53. 78% to 86. 46%;hand hygiene accuracy rate increased from 66. 78% to 93. 46%. The environmental surface cleaning pass rate was increased from 72. 50% to 100. 00%. The catheter-related infection rate of hospitalized patients decreased from 7. 50% to 1. 40%. Conclusion Through the application of risk assessment,the focus of nosocomial infection management can be clarified and the precise prevention and control of nosocomial infection can be achieved.
