摘    要:目的:了解浙江省初级水产品中氯霉素残留情况。方法:2009年-2011年连续三年对来自全省10个地级市各大养殖场,共3807例水产品中的氯霉素残留进行ELISA初筛、LCMS/MS阳性确证试验。结果:样品单项合格率分别为:2009年99.85%,2010年99.92%,2011年100%。结论:我省初级水产品中氯霉素残留情况得到了良好的控制,但是氯霉素残留事件还是偶有发生,仍不能放松对初级水产品中氯霉素残留的监控工作。

Abstract:Objective:To understand the status of chloramphenicol residues in elementary aquatic products in Zhejiang province.Methods: 3807 samples collected from aquaculture farms were screened using ELISA and conformed by LCMS/MS.Results: The qualified rates from 2009 to 2011 were 99.85%,99.92% and 100%,respectively.Conclusion: The results showed that chloramphenicol residue in elementary aquatic product was controlled very well in Zhejiang province,but the chloramphenicol residues incident also happened occasionally,the monitoring on chloramphenicol residues could not be relaxed in elementary aquatic products.
