摘    要:ATP结合盒式蛋白是血脑屏障上重要的选择性因素。它们保护中枢神经系统不受神经毒物的侵害但同时也限制了治疗药物递送入大脑。最近的研究突出了血脑屏障上P-糖蛋白和其他ABC类转运体在外源性物质、应激、疾病干预下表达和活性改变的多种信号通路。该文对相关信号通路调控的研究进展作一综述,旨在为神经保护研究,增加治疗药物递送入大脑提供新的研究思路。

Abstract:ATP-binding cassette(ABC)transporters are important selective elements of the blood-brain barrier.They both protect the central nervous system from entry of neurotoxicants and limit the access of therapeutic drugs to the brain parenchyma.Recent studies highlighted the multiple signaling pathways through which the expression and activity of P-glycoprotein and other ABC transporters are modulated in response to xenobiotics,stress and diseases.This report provides a summary about related signaling pathway regulation,which may be helpful in providing new thoughts for improving neuroprotection and enhancing therapeutic drugs delivery to the brain.
