毛冬青对慢性心衰大鼠心室重构及心功能的影响

摘    要:目的超声观察毛冬青对压力超负荷慢性心力衰竭大鼠心室重构及心功能的影响。方法取SD大鼠50只,采用腹主动脉缩窄法复制大鼠慢性心力衰竭模型,将大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、卡托普利组(10 mg·kg-1·d-1)和毛冬青高、低剂量组(18,6 g·kg-1·d-)1,各组大鼠于造模4周后予以药物干预,分组治疗2周后,进行超声心动图检查,观察心室重构及心功能各项指标的变化。结果模型组大鼠左室室间隔厚度(IVS)及左室后壁厚度(LVBW)明显增厚、心室舒张末内径LVESD明显扩大(P<0.01),收缩功能减弱(P<0.01),而毛冬青高、低剂量组和卡托普利组分别与模型组比较,左室内径缩小(P<0.01),收缩功能增强(P<0.01),但三者之间未见明显差异(P>0.05)。结论毛冬青可改善慢性心力衰竭大鼠的心脏射血功能和心脏结构,具有抗心室重构的作用,改善程度与剂量有一定的相关性。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of Radix Ilicis Pubescentis on ventricular remodeling and cardiac function in rats with chronic heart failure induced by pressure overload.Methods Fifty male rats were randomized into sham-operation group,model group,captopril group,high-dosage Radix Ilicis Pubescentis(RIP) group and lowdosage RIP group(HG).Four weeks after modeling,the rats were given the corresponding drugs for 2 weeks.The left ventricular diameters and cardiac function were observed by echocardiography.Results After treatment,the left ventricular wall thickness,and internal ventricular diameter at the end of ventricular diastole were increased,and systolic function was decreased in the model group(P < 0.01).Compared with the model group,RIP groups and captopril group had less left ventricle diameter and thickness,and stronger systolic function(P < 0.01),but the differences were insignificant between three groups.Conclusion Radix Ilicis Pubescentis can improve the ejection fraction and ventricular remodeling in rats with CHF,and the effect is dose-dependent.
