36例高血压脑出血微创颅内血肿清除术的护理体会

目的:探讨高血压脑出血颅内血肿清除手术的临床护理干预措施。方法:对我院36例高血压脑出血微创颅内血肿清除手术患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,总结患者的主要护理问题和护理方法。结果:高血压脑出血行微创颅内血肿清除手术的主要护理问题为:颅内压改变、颅内感染和引流不畅。其需要护士在临床护理工作中,注意维持颅内压的相对稳定、预防感染并确保引流通畅。结论:高血压脑出血行微创颅内血肿清除手术具有较好的临床效果,护士要给予精心的护理干预,以预防并发症的发生,促进患者康复。

36 Cases of Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage Minimally Invasive Intracranial Hematoma Nursing

Objective:To investigate the clinical care interventions in hypertensive intracerebral hematoma surgery.Methods:My hospital 36 cases of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage minimally invasive intracranial hematoma Clear surgery in patients with clinical data were retrospectively analyzed,summed up the primary care and care of patients.Results:Hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage line of minimally invasive hematoma evacuation surgery nursing problems:intracranial pressure changes,intracranial infection and poor drainage.The needs of nurses in clinical care,and attention to maintain the relative stability of intracranial pressure,prevent infection and to ensure smooth drainage.Conclusions:Hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage line minimally invasive hematoma evacuation surgery have better clinical results,the nurses should be given careful nursing intervention to prevent complications and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
