鼻内镜下额窦开放术治疗慢性额窦炎的临床效果观察

目的探讨鼻内镜下额窦开放术治疗慢性额窦炎的可行性。方法将88例慢性额窦炎患者随机分成两组,试验组(48例)行鼻内镜下额窦开放术,对照组(40例)行额窦前壁骨瓣进路填塞术,比较两组的手术成功率、并发症发生率及临床疗效。结果试验组的手术成功率高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,且总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用鼻内镜下额窦开放术治疗慢性额窦炎,临床疗效显著,可改善患者的临床指标。

Endoscopic Frontal Sinus Surgery in Treating Chronic Frontal Sinusitis:Observation of Clinical Efficacy

Objective To study the feasibility of endoscopic frontal sinus surgery in treating chronic frontal sinusitis.Methods 88 cases of chronic frontal sinusitis were randomly divided into two groups,the trial group(48 cases)of nasal endoscopic frontal sinus surgery,the control group(40 cases)of the anterior wall of the frontal sinus obliteration bone flap approach.The operation success rate,complications and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results The operation success rate and the total efficacy were of the trial group were higher than the control group,and complication rate was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of endoscopic frontal sinus surgery in treating chronic frontal sinusitis has significant clinical effect,and can significantly improve the clinical indices of the patients.
