正交试验法优化茵栀黄颗粒提取工艺

摘    要:目的]优化茵栀黄颗粒的提取工艺。方法]以干膏得率和绿原酸提取率为考核指标,采用正交设计法对茵栀黄颗粒水提取工艺进行考察。结果]茵栀黄颗粒最佳提取工艺的方案为A2B1C2,即加水量为8倍,提取2次,每次1h。结论]优选的提取工艺科学合理,适于大规模生产。

Abstract:Objective]To optimize extracting procession of Yinzhihuang granules.Methods]The extraction procession was studied by orthogonal design with dry extract yield and total flavonoids as the detective marker.Results] The optimum extraction condition is A2B1C2,which is added 8 fold of water,and decocted for 2 times,1 hour at every time.Conclusion] The optimized water-decocting condition is reasonable and scientific,and it could be used in future large-scaled preparation of Yinzhihuang granules.
