| 摘 要： | 目的：建立人胃癌的“转移鼠”模型，为研究胃癌转移打下基础。方法：将人胃低分化粘液腺癌ＭＧＣ－８０３细胞悬液先在裸小鼠皮下接种成瘤，再取瘤组织块分别接种到裸鼠的皮下、胃壁上（转移鼠模型），分早（〈２０天）、中（２０～４０天）、晚（〉４０天），４个阶段观察移植瘤的生长侵袭转移情况。结果：皮下组移植成瘤率为８２．１％（２３／２８），早、中阶段未见转移，晚期肺转移率５７．１％（４／７）。胃壁组移植成瘤率为
