| 摘 要： | 目的：面部皱纹注射A型肉毒毒素后皱纹消除。方法：将A型肉毒毒素用生理盐水稀释后，根据皱纹的范围确定注射点，注射范围及注射剂量。结果：所有患者注射A型肉毒毒素后除皱效果明显。结论：注射A型肉毒毒素治疗面部皱纹是一种简单有效的方法之一。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate efficacy and safety of botulinum toxin type A （BTX-A） in treatment of facial wrinkles. Methods The toxin is mixed with 2.5 ml of 0.9% sterile saline solution,the dose and the region should be performed according to the wrinkles area. Results All the treatment sessions resulted in marked improvement and satisfaction. Conclusions Botulinum toxin type A injection is an effective and safe treatment for facial wrinkles. |
