| 摘 要： | 本文针对当前药品市场假劣药品屡禁不止这一问题展开分析,从七个方面对假劣药品屡禁不止的原因进行研究和剖析,进而从加强立法、完善药监法规、严格执法、建立健全举报奖励机制和药品信息共享机制、规范企业生产管理等方面论述了杜绝假劣药品的对策,以期为药品监督管理部门提供有益参考.

| Abstract: | The article analyzed the cause of repeated emergence of counterfeit and substandard drugs from seven aspects. Countermeasure also provided from aspects of strengthening legislation, improving administration regulation, enhancing enforcement, making incentive plan for impeaching, intensifying publicity of medical message and standardizing manufacturing procedure etc. for administration reference. |
